DHS opens registration process for TPS for Haiti allowing Haitian citizens to re-register or register for the first time for redesignation valid until August 3, 2024.
Only individuals who have continuously residing in the U.S. since November 6, 2022 are eligible.
Existing TPS holders may reregister between from January 26, 2023 to March 27, 2023, if they continue to meet TPS eligibility requirements.
New applicants may apply under the redesignation of Haiti during the redesignation period running from Jan 26, 2023 and August 2024.
TPS applicants may also apply for Employment Authorization Documents.
