USCIS announced that the initial registration period for FY 2024 will run from March 1 to March 17, 2023. If there are enough registration by March 17th, immigration will randomly select registration and send the selection notification to the petitioners and their attorneys by March 31st. If there are less that the limited number of petitions, all registrations properly submitted will be selected.
H-1B has a quota of 65,000 petitions, and additional 20,000 petitions for beneficiaries with a master’s degree from a U.S. University.
